Welcome to Grooveability! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our dance class booking platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Grooveability provides:
- Inclusive dance classes for children with SEND
- Online booking and payment system
- Session management and attendance tracking
- Communication tools for parents and instructors
- Account management and payment processing
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person - sharing accounts is prohibited
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Update your information when it changes
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Booking Process
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Session credits are non-transferable between children
- We reserve the right to refuse bookings
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
- Individual sessions: £7.00 per session
- Block bookings: £65.00 for 10 sessions (save £5)
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used
- Partial refunds may be available for unused sessions in exceptional circumstances
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
Class Cancellations
- Cancel up to 24 hours before class for full session credit
- Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session
- Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- We may cancel classes due to instructor illness or venue issues
Our Right to Cancel
- We may cancel classes due to safety concerns
- Instructor unavailability or illness
- Venue issues or maintenance
- Severe weather or emergency situations
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical and allergy information
- Ensure children arrive on time and are appropriately dressed
- Inform us of any changes to your child's needs
- Follow our safeguarding and safety procedures
Child Behavior
- Children must follow instructor directions
- Respectful behavior towards staff and other children is required
- We reserve the right to remove disruptive children from classes
- Parents may be asked to collect children early if necessary
- You must disclose any medical conditions or allergies
- Emergency contact information must be kept up to date
- Children should not attend if unwell or contagious
- We may require medical clearance for certain conditions
- First aid will be administered by qualified staff when necessary
- All content on our platform is owned by Grooveability
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
- Class choreography and teaching methods are proprietary
- Photography and videos may be taken for promotional purposes
- You can opt out of photography with written notice
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide services "as is" without warranties
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account Termination
- You may close your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Unused session credits may be refunded upon account closure
- Data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
